Just curious on when and why someone teabags . No salt here just really curious hah

1 ReplyI bag pretty moderately. If I get a nice outplay or take on more than one enemy I'll usually just hit 'em with a quick dip. You'll almost never see me spam-bag unless I like, win a 2v4 in Comp (happened last week iirc) or something, but I also have dances that convey my excitement about those pretty well. If Bungie brought back the Praise the Light emote, I would have no reason to tbag ever again though.

I teabag because I'm physically and mentally weak, and bagging when I have a .6 kdr and losing the match by 50 points makes me feel as though women like me.

Yes. Not all the time though. I'm generally a pretty bad PvP player (1.08 kd on console and 0.9 on PC) so when i make a good play, get a double/triple, kill someone that got the drop on me with super/heavy etc.. i will teabag. The funny thing is that i don't think it's a toxic thing to do at all. I consider it harmless/funny and lighthearted. I get it done to me all the time, being a pretty bad player and all, and it doesn't rile me up, make me mad or put me off my game. Most of the time it's deserved and i just have a giggle and move on. It's no different than when a group of 2 lose an unmatched fight to one lone guy and he does an emote like sweep or sprinkle salt or whatever. Maybe I'm still immature for someone who is 26, or maybe I just have thicker skin than the majority of people that let it bother them.

Ill do it in comp in an attempt to make them mad and throw them off their game. Not in quickplay tho 😂

Quick play not worth it. In competitive I will. Some of these people have huge egos, if they get bagged it breaks their concentration=rage quit=win.

Long story short, I destroyed him, bagged, he sent me hate mail to cut it off here, said he emailed bungie that am Win trading in comp and for me to enjoy my ban[/spoiler] I couldn’t stop laughing for a while

Edited by Smough: 7/22/2019 1:37:31 AMIt reminds me of the good old days, it also helps me calm down when I get angry at someone being cheesy or having really bad connection and ruining the game. Although between tbagging and using the dab emote, it’s a difficult choice.

Edited by zJDz: 7/20/2019 2:44:14 PMOnly on occasion. Usually I emote. My favorite is the sad push the empty swing emote when someone whiffs a super or a teammate falls to their death. When I clutch a round in gambit or comp I use the thanks emote where flowers are thrown at your feet. When I make an amazing play I use the eat popcorn emote. Then I have the emote with the table that catches on fire for whenever. I only teambag when someone is being super Annoying on the enemy team. Like 6 stacks running meta that I am shutting down.
