So what is Luke (not telling the player base?) I know I know, downvoted for actually telling the Truth. Have at it guys 👍 To some, I'm sure this looks like a win. Yeah, I can see how some can get behind the changes as far as how things are set up now, it will be a little better but I also know there is a catch, It may not be through Tess, but this is Bungie, it's just the player base won't know until after they purchase the new DLC. If this was any other company I would Trust their word. Bungie has literally proven this last 2 years that there is nothing we as gamers won't pay for in one form or another when making changes and that is a fact that has not been a benefit to the player base majority of the time. The question I have is, why is Tess constantly the main focus when it comes to the vendors in this entire game? What happened to creating a game to where the vendors are used as their intended purpose? I mean, the devs working on D2 in the 21-century people can't grasp that concept for 2 years now that they still don't know as developers how to properly use vendors?
Lastly, because we are changing the cost of pulling things out of the Collections, Eververse items will no longer dismantle into Bright Dust. This Fall, Eververse items will dismantle into Legendary Shards and Glimmer.
I wonder how many gamers actually read that part. So if Bungie is taking away a few other options to collect bright dust, how much is the cost going up using the shards to pull out of the collection and how much is the cost of bright dust to purchase items going up? I'm also curious why Luke didn't say what other ways gamers will be able to collect bright dust besides only bounties. Is there something to hide from the player base because I find no reason at all to hide something as small as that. I seem to remember when Bungie adding only a couple of other ways to collect cores they upped the cost to masterwork an item basically only doing a (trade-off.) Meaning nothing actually improved with the cores that an illusion was presented that gamers were getting "a good deal". So, what else is Luke hiding from the player base???

 •
You just love complaining do you? Bungie should bann you from this forum
We wouldn’t have to call out scummy practices if they didn’t exist. You may bend over and take it, but those of us with a brain won’t.

 • Youll get bright dust from crucible and vangaurd bountues and you can keep grinding for it through other bounties after youve completed those. This is a good change. Maybe...you should read and pay attention

Only thing it says is that you can earn from bounties. Not all bounties. It doesn't specify. Try again

 • It doesnt say specifically where you can get more, they just say there will be more avenue to keep grinding for it after you complete vangaurd, gambit and crucible bounties.

 • I'm not concerned about the bounties, I'm concerned about how much the cost is going to go up with material purchasing items, pulling items out of the collection, infusing items, etc... and if bounties are replacing things how they're now it is not a good thing knowing this game is becoming about bounties with everything. Hmm, maybe you should pay attention.

 • We will be getting bright dust from most activities we do, so no problem for that, as for cores if you do all the gunsmith bounties for just one character that’s 23 cores and 69 a week in total, and legendary shards you can get easily from spider or dismantling. So I see no problem with this new system.

I can guarantee it'll be the same bounties we have now, only eververse bounties giving the stuff.

 • Will see because every time things change so does the currency making the cost go up that it just becomes a trade-off.

Maybe hes secretly a parasite just waiting to feed on peoples emotions.
I've never really seen any of his/her posts that I would call a troll post, and I rarely, if ever, agree with his/her opinions. Maybe I just have a different definition of what constitutes a troll.

 •
I mean check out his other responses to other commentors on this post alone
I have, and I still wouldn't call him/her a troll. Or at least not a "good" one. I definitely wouldn't compare him/her to cancer though. I get exaggerating for affect, but maybe find something more appropriate. Don't misunderstand, I'm not "triggered" or offended or anything like that. I just find the comparison inaccurate.

 •
I mean check out his other responses to other commentors on this post alone
It's such a small thing to do yet they make it so hard for themselves. Yeah, I do troll some times but to say I always do is over exaggerating.

 • The game is set perfectly to where it can be a win for the player base. Why is Bungie making this so hard? They spend more time wasted in this game looking for ways around thing instead of looking for ways that will actually benefit the game and player base. I don't see how so many can't see this or don't want to see it. I mean, am I wrong thinking that if Bungie spent more time making actual meaningful content and respecting a gamers time that the game would be far better off and the player base would be a hell of a lot bigger?
