What's the point of lifting a curse when there is no end result for it?
-
3 RepliesLol that curse aint goin anywhere. If you'll resolve it, other new players wont be able to expirience all that taken shit. Thats mmo for you. Stories here are just a poor excuse for grind.

1 ReplyWe still have yet to find out how to ride that dreaming city bridge...
-
1 Replywell the whole curse thing is stupid
-
Edited by Old_man_Chaos: 6/8/2019 12:29:14 PMNevermind that, think of it this way: Forsaken is a stand alone DLC, removing the cycle and simply making everything available all at once is the only way to keep the content alive for those that buy it moving forward. If they don't keep the content active after the curse is lifted the DLC is dead in the water for potential buyers
-
That would be cool, considering the Reef was a social space in D1
-
3 RepliesWhat's the point of another social space? It's more useful to have the majority of vendors in one central hub than spread out where you have to waste time loading in and out. What are you gonna do there that's special? Besides, one of the current theories is that the curse won't be lifted until the last season before D3, because there's a Shattered Throne triumph mentioning us needing to be power 999.
-
3 Replieswe really do not need another pointless social space like the farm.
-
I doubt we will ever lift the curse. Why: because no new player could ever play the content then :p Maybe from a lore aspect we will lift the curse in some form of a story mission, but gameplay wise it will keep rotating in the Dreaming City.
-
4 RepliesBungie is notorious for failing to close plot lines. They won’t close this either. Dreaming city will remain cursed. We will just move on.
-
Social space number what? 7? 8?
-
1 ReplyThat is the point, no one knows how to lift the curse. It has no end in sight because a god and its cronies made the perfect trap. The only way that curse is being lifted is by killing Savathun it seems.
-
So it could be as dead as the farm.
-
No way. No more social spaces. Dreaming City should stay as it is
-
2 RepliesI hope we get both. A permanent all acendant challenges open full curse week city and a cleansed social space city.
-
The whole time gated stuff is dumb...if you unlock an activity or event in the DC, it should stay. Beat shattered throne solo? It should be there permanently. Therefore, it's time gated potentially once and no more. But BungLe wants to continually waste player's time.
-
It's gonna be dead like the farm lol.
-
No. Bungie doesn’t need to waste time making another pointless farm.
-
TatsumiHatake You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold
-
I wish the crucible map would change with curse week
-
But y tho

1 ReplyEdited by HawkkMoon99: 6/7/2019 10:44:06 PMAccording to a lore card: a guardian at light level 999 must defeat dul incaru in the Shattered Throne solo in order to unlock the TRUE ending of the dreaming city, now hear me out... What if Uldren is that 999 guardian, and he is the key to destroying the curse?
-
3 RepliesUpdating old content is not what this game does.
-
But first, more fast travel points!! Literally everywhere Petra shows up is a fast travel point. Lol
-
I think it'll be lifted when we kill quria at the end of the black garden raid in september
-
I hate repeating the same cycle over over over over and OVER!! When it will end???
