Potentially Early image of the the darkness (the veil)?
So i was just scrolling through youtube and i get recommended a Destiny walkthrough vid by TheRadBrad and the thumbnail showed some alien race that i’ve never seen before. Its probably concept art yet I don’t see a alien race that looks like this. You could say it looks like a Hive thrall but thrall don’t have a face missing. And it does fit Ada-1’s mothers description of them smelling like wet earth.

1 Reply<It's early Hive concept, post-moth phase, when the Hive just finally managed to take their shape as weird bug monstrosities. The only confirmed art we have of the 5th race is from the race card. Whatever they are, they're as close to human as can get judging by their shape.>

There's a chance it could just be a fan creation. Unless you can tie it to concept art that bungie has released, then people are just gonna assume it's that.
