The Ultimate Guide to Trolling Gunslingers (Icarus Dash Showcase)

Icarus dash can be used consecutively during the super without any cool-down. During the neutral game, however, there is a 6 second cool-down every time you activate it.
You can use the Icarus Dash from the ground to “short-hop,” kind of like a hunter dodge. Simply press your air move button and immediately jump in the direction you want to go. This works with controller as well, but you need to press crouch-crouch and then jump.
During the Icarus Dash animation, you can also change directions. This works a lot better with a mouse. You simply need to activate Icarus Dash in one direction and swipe your mouse in another direction. It’s great for making opponents miss shots.

EDIT: I have a lot of recordings of where I've dodged BB in vital moment of comp. Let me just say, the feeling is..... You're video has inspired me to make my own Dawnblade/Stormcaller clip.

2 RepliesI like videos like this and would love to enjoy it but 1) It’s pretty much a copy of the “Can’t touch this” video from D1. 2) You aren’t even using strafe jump which is the only way to use top tree Dawnblade. 3) And, as much as I don’t want to feel this way, I’m annoyed that this was my entire playstyle is year 1 when literally everyone else would say this tree was the worst for pvp and now people here are agreeing with you saying it’s a good tree. Good video though.

1 ReplyI was inspired by this and made several good plays using Attunement of Sky today. Just from using it's neutral game I outmaneuvered a few sticky situations. It's a start lol. Once again you've shown me something I can use.

If you got all solar masterwork armor, you can tank a golden gun shot. I’ve tanked blade barrage too but I don’t think they were direct blade barrage hits.
