HUDless Beauty of Dreaming City
[b]Dreaming City.. city of dreams or.. nightmares?..[/b]
Shoutout to Bungie's and Christopher Barrett's team for creating such a breathtaking and beautiful Skybox where we as guardians may roam around, fight, learn or just simply adore the [i]ART[/i] that was created. Thank you.
About the video.. Fully it took me more than a month to collect all the scenes.. because as we all know Dreaming City is the most unique location in all [b]DESTINY[/b] franchise because every week it changes and weekly something new appears OR disappears.
Editing took: 13 hours
Capturing/Filming scenery: 30+ hours
Total locations INSIDE the Dreaming City used: 67

Actually enjoyed blind well and the little tid bits of lore you get from Mara each week from the offering. Ascendant challenges were awesome. Only thing I wished was for was specific loot from blind well or a few unique guns like EP. Maybe a chance for curated rolls on dreaming city gear? (I guess you could get that now?) Overall loved loved loved dreaming city. Felt powerful being destroyed by enemies there then being able to smash them as I leveled to 600.

1 ReplyOne of my favourite areas ever outstanding in ever way and great video. For all the beauty of the dreaming city the shattered throne/dungeon is hauntingly beautiful. Every 3 weeks I spend a few days in there. Such an amazing job was done on that area too

Very nicely done! I have a student at the moment that is creating his own soundtrack to different destiny destinations and I’ve encouraged him to record some nice panoramic shots to put the music to. I will show him this as some inspiration, thankyou.

1 ReplyDreaming City is gorgeous. But I never actually see anyone there outside of the Well. It's sad that this big, beautiful space is so empty. It almost feels like the music and art -- the two things Bungie nails every time -- are not enough to keep people anymore. Great video. Gorgeous space.
