Heroic completion = 24-25%
Chests = 12% (Each chest is 2%)
Total per week (by doing the above) = 36-37%
takes 3 weeks to complete the catalyst and also to get the ship

Wait so you get 12 essences? Each with the value of 2% from completing the heroic?

You get 1 essence per chest, and 12 for the heroic mission. Each essence is worth 2%, so the chests are worth 12% total, and the mission is worth 24%, for a total of 36% per week.

I only know the % not per essences. 12% for all chests (2% per chest) 24-25% for completing the mission in Heroic. total 36-37% per week
