Lets talk about Blade Barrage
Now I for one hate seeing things in destiny getting nerfed. It’s ruined many a good weapon and super, now I may a simple country guardian trying to farm for my meager crop of exotics but when I see o blade barrage I just have to stop and sigh. Does it really need to do [i]that[/i] much damage in one hit? It’s already been proven to do more damage then a golden gun precision hit with the nighthawk on. Why even bother then having nighthawk in the game? I’m gonna be straight with everyone. In PVE activities I really do think it just does too much raw damage. In PVP it’s in a great place as the hunter’s quick one and done super. But in PVE activities literally nothing in the game compares and that smacks of bad game design or woeful tuning.
Edit:It’s not that blade barrage needs a nerf, but everything should be brought up to meet its damage potential like what they did with every other grenade to match pulse grenades.

It’s interesting a person would complain about something being overpowered in PVE. I love it when abilities are super powerful even when it isn’t my class main cause it makes content easier to complete

3 RepliesBlade barrage is the Hunter’s best DPS super sans Exotic armor boost. Warlock has Nova Bomb and Titan has that missile thing. I feel as though there is a nice balance here in PvE. Prior to BB, Hunter kind of only had GG as a major boss DPS option and even then you needed Nighthawk for that to be useful. Perhaps they need to bring up the others in line with BB, much like they did for Warlock’s storm trance.

2 RepliesIt’s not OP in crucible or Gambit, and it’s basically a Nova Bomb so I don’t think it’s terribly OP. No matter what there is going to be a best DPS super for each class.
