Thoughts on the Spider-Man PS4 ending/endfight? ( Spoilers do not enter if not completed the game )
[spoiler]What do you think of Harry not being in europe all along? and he somewhat has the venom symbiote attached too him and also i feel like norman is closer to becoming green goblin since there where prototype bombs in his lab and its really weird too see a aunt may die in this spiderverse so now peter has no family to go to i really feel for this guy. Atleast he has miles and mj. What are your thoughts? [/spoiler] Final warning dont click the spoiler unless you completed the game.

The ending was very dark for a Spider-Man game I’ll post my thoughts in a spoiler so don’t click unless you’ve beat it or seen it [spoiler]i think it’s one of the best superhero storylines in along time. I’d say it rivals the last of us and life is strange in terms of aunt may. It is weird how Norm had really no development in the game until the very end I was expecting more of a (let’s track down Spider-Man and take him out) type norm but then again he seems to be worthy of a dlc. I’m kinda upset at the other boss fights Li was the best imo and of course Octavius being the final boss made it pretty classy. I will say I’m disappointed that venom had no play in the game other than a slight tease with Harry but then again I don’t remember Harry being venom in past movies. I would’ve loved loved loved to see sandman in a side mission maybe fighting sable agents early on. Ignore this ->b[/spoiler]

I loved all of the green goblin foreshadowing and I really didn’t expect a symbiote to even be mentioned in this game so that was a nice surprise.[/spoiler]

7 RepliesPowerful ending. I understood Otto's motivations and really felt for Peter at the end. But it was bittersweet, leaving us with an impression that things will get better despite all the tragedy. With Harry, it could be a set-up for simply Venom, but maybe they could craft a new character; some Goblin-symbiote hybrid, kinda like Red Goblin. I would like to see this spiderverse's take on Norman's Goblin.

6 RepliesI really liked it. The reveal with Harry was pretty cool although I hope he becomes Goblin not Norman. I also hope they don’t make Harry venom especially since Eddie Brock exists in this universe. I’m excited to play with Miles when he has powers especially since it’s hinted at in the story that he has camouflage and power surge abilities. The end with Otto was actually really touching and sad, they did a good job of showing how they had an actual father-son relationship. It is kinda weird seeing Aunt May die but also kind of not, Peter has lost everyone else so it just kind of seemed fitting that she would die at some point although it was really sad, I do feel really bad for Peter but things are looking up for him now that he had a partner (Miles) and MJ
