You're mad, disgusted, you wish a plague would befall all the horrible, greedy, stupid Bungie devs who ruined the franchise you loved so dearly.
Every day you complain.
Every day you vent.
Every day you make an effort to ensure others don't enjoy this game as you annoint them to be "idiot fan boys" or "casuals" if they don't jump on your hate bandwagon or seem to find some small enjoyment with the game.
I know I'll never be the best Destiny player.
God knows I'll never be as Hardcore or as simply awesome as you are.
I don't care.
The game is far from perfect-on that we can all agree.
But I and others can still have fun playing it.
It's clear, at least in its current state, that you can't.
So kindly move on.

Regardless it’s a bit hypocritical of you to tell people not to spoil your fun of playing but you want to spoil others fun of complaining. Some people love to complain, you’re complaining, the only difference is what you’re complaining about.

Read it or don't, your choice, but don't come to a forum and complain about people expressing their ideas. Exchange of ideas is why forums exist. You don't have to like their opinions, you don't have to come here. You have a right to complain just like they do but one thing you cannot deny is this. Without the constant complaining BUNGIE WOULD HAVE DONE NOTHING to address the problems in this game. They were happy to sell you a turd and I'm thankful the community flushed it down by complaining. I want this to be a great game but change does not occur sitting in the corner holding bungies hand.

If people didn’t get righteously angry, then Bungie would have continued their par of course and wouldn’t realize how much trouble they’d be in until [i]far[/i] later. They lost too many people playing already, now they have a ton of work to do to get it on the right track, but that wouldn’t have happened if people didn’t get mad about certain aspects of the game. What you want is a false positive. That doesn’t help the game or the community at all. It’s only denying reality and wanting Bungie to follow suit. EDIT: Oh yeah, people bought the game, and they have the right to complain about it. That’s how trade works in general.

Hell iv'e went back to Dark Souls 3, the PvP, story and gameplay is immensely better than Destiny 2. HZD is supposedly one of the best games of 2017 and I haven't even started it yet because of DS3. Dark Souls Remastered is going to have dedicated servers, tell me how it's possible for Dark Souls to have dedicated servers but not a PvP focused game? If they brought back live events to D1 nobody would bother with D2. People are done with D2. https://destinytrialsreport.com/ the game was focused on the casual playersbase, streamers and viewers. Guess what? It failed. What's even funnier is D2 won't receive any attention what-so-ever in fall. Wanna know why? Because Red Dead 2 is launching and i'm pretty sure no one wants to play some tasteless piss poor excuse for content that Bungie is going to try to push.

Your inference is not the same as my implication. And no, I don't owe you anything. I don't believe every improvement to come to Destiny 2 is owed solely to you. Even if it were, the level of salt is extreme to say the least. That said, I'm going to take the good advice of others and try to ignore or mute those that seem to keep saying the same negative things daily.

1 ReplyI agree with you till some point. They promised alot and delivered nothing. Not only that but they made us pay for a brand new game and gave us half a game. That's the one that pisses me of I paid 100 dollars for a game that I only play 10 hours a week or less, and still managed to finish it and max out level I'm less than a month. I reached max level in 3 weeks my bud who plays 24/ did it in 2 only cause he had to wait for the Raid. It sucks paying that much and have nothing to do but play multiplayer on a game that calls themselves a MMO. Destiny 1 at first was hard and that was awesome.

See, you're a reasonable person. I'm a reasonable person. But reason doesn't work on the sort of people who take joy in riling up an already-angry mob and spreading hate for hate's sake...in their heads they've rationalized this as "normal," which is why anyone who has anything positive to say gets labeled a "noob" or a "casual" or a "fanboy." In my experience, the best way to enjoy D2 is to just play the game and ignore everything on here - it's really quite fun if you don't know how much you're supposed to dislike playing it.
