I like how 90% of the Destiny haters use "Fanboy" as an insult.
Yeah i like the game, what are you gonna do about it?

1 ReplyFanboys will eat everything up and make excuses for even the worst ideas, meanwhile to them anyone that has a remote issue with the game or says anything negative is just a hater that should leave. Haters will insult anything no matter how good it is and anyone to them that likes it or has anything positive to say is just a fanboy that eats up everything. Neither really contribute anything of actual substance that would help the game or community become better and are basically the two sides of the toxicity coin. They usually have bad attitudes, act immaturely about other's opinions, and resort to insults in wake of the others opinions. If someone likes something you don't it doesn't make them a just fanboy. If someone dislikes something you like it doesn't make them just a hater.

It's used to describe people who blindly defend a company, despite repeated, proven lies to the customers, because they cannot stand the thought that someone disagrees with them. Fanboys are fragile snowflakes who think that a negative opinion about destiny somehow reflects on them. This is because their identity is tied to the game. Insulting destiny is like insulting their mother, they're irrational about it. Such a reaction is an indication of an immature individual. [spoiler]Cry more fanboy.[/spoiler]

Let the huge successful company speak for themselves. They are not small children being picked on, on the playground. On top if that , players who have been around for awhile troll new players who ask for help or make them feel unwelcome. Further showing how worth it it is to just leave this community and the game.
