Yeah with out boots or chest with extra heavy ammo max is 5, with the perk 6 shots for RL'S and truth now is only a one shot mag, have to reload every shot !
Always - PvE gets kicked in balls with every PvP balance

6 is the max with perks, don't matter 1 or both at the same time, 6 still the max
