Ok, I was wrong, although I wouldn't go so far as to say no one gets banned, I've kept track of the 2 people I know were cheating in Trials and both had a sudden stop in participation so I'm assuming they got banned.

Yeah, I chose bad wording my friend. If you exploit a glitch (Bungie's fault) then no chance of getting banned. If you cheat, then you will likely get banned. Exploiting and cheating are two different things, I think we can agree on that! :)
