My buddy & I are huge Destiny fans playing regularly. He's recently moved...Upon hooking up his PS4 & loading up Destiny he continuously get the "Marionberry" error code. We've literally tried everything possible to correct the issue your help forum, as well as the internet states to fix it. We've reset his modem & router, unplugged his modem & router, tried various DNS settings, tried unhooking his lan cable & going WIFI, even going as far as doing a factory reset of his PS4 & reinstalling the game. All this to no avail...he continuously gets the error code. We really enjoy playing & would like to continue...Is there any other fix we haven't tried to help him get working???

1 ReplyHi Pedz, Sorry to hear of your friends connection troubles. It sounds like you have performed the recommend troubleshooting steps. Since you mentioned this issue occurred after your friends recent move, I would recommend having your friend contact his ISP, and ask them to perform connection tests while he attempts to sign on.
