You might have wanted to uhh read any other post on these forums, before posting your own. Seems like 9/10 posts on these forums are people discussing the questline that unlocks year 3 Ghorn, and how to get it.
A little due diligence would have saved you some embarrassment.

Listened to what? Where, when?? It should have been on the sales blurb that it was only a shader for the Gjally obtainable through a quest !!

They had a discussion with game informer about it when asked. They answered along the lines of "you do not just get a gun you still have to earn it" Besides if you get a gun for preprder without earning that is essentially pay to win. Are you sure you want this? Seriously stop and think before responding with any vinegar or toxicity. I am being polite as possible here so i expect the same in return.

Actually no. It was actually what i expected all along. Especially with a weapon as strong as g-horn. I was not expecting them to hand me the best y1 weapon for free basically. Sorry bud i do not agree with your agression and have to excuse myself. I have a threat to maintain on earth and have no time to hash it out on here. I wish you luck with your lawsuit that you may or may not be planning. Something tells me it will work about as well as oryx getting his revenge..

Nevermind that it was established that the Iron Ghorn is a skin and that the strongest gun in the game will be acquired through a questline, If you expected the strongest gun in the game to be handed to you, we are all very thankful that you did not get your way.
