I have had similar thoughts and noticed similar lag problems despite my connection being "green" I got a video of me firebolt grenade shotgunning and meleeing with radiance active and yet I got no damage on him, we were both green I did very poorly that match despite having done well last match I am very certain you are on to the truth here
