My Speculation on the April Update
Ok, so I think with the picture it'll have to do with PoE. Now I can already hear the keyboards on your phones and computers just going away but listen...
I think that since they aren't updating the old raids, maybe they'll be at least bringing the old raid armor and weapons (at least some of the weapons) back as taken sets.
All around the highest light levels.
So for example:
•You can get a "taken" set of VoG armor and an updated version of Fatebringer with some cheesy name like "Darkbringer"
•Or a "taken" set of CE armor and an updated version of the Swordbreaker called "KnightCrusher" and so on and so forth.
Just some speculations.

6 RepliesGuessing you were wrong buddy sorry..... It is fun to imagine and wish though. I like to imagine that some employees who actually like the game they helped create wish they could bring back the old raids too. Too bad they much like you and I do not make the decisions.

More than likely the picture of the toons is a metaphor, they seem to be torn between dimensions. Yet wearing POE gear? Maybe they are trying to say "we are bridging the massive gap we created from POE year 1 and TTK year 2"

I understand a taken shader and blah blah blah. Examine that picture, a shader doesn't make you smokey like that. I think the bosses are taken guardians. Perhaps it rotates weekly and they drop different armors but, again, it's a theory.
