Depends on the girl. I would have no issue saying that to a tomboy who grew up with 4 older brothers. There's is some situational awareness involved. But honestly if anyone, regardless of gender, is deeply offended by the group their playing with then they need to confess it to the group or move on to a new group. They have the freedom to say what they want. As the old saying goes, "you can pick your nose, you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your friend's nose."
