Stop giving losses for your error codes
If you really think people getting booted is solely on the player's fault, you're as ignorant as you are as bad at fixing your servers. f I get booted because of your crap, then I SHOULDN'T RECEIVE A LOSS NOR BE UNABLE TO REJOIN MY FIRETEAM. What is this, rocket science? How can you guys be so illogical?
