How are you supposed to do the Raid if there are just "only 310+" Jerks?
I just wanna get some gear, honestly...I know how to not -blam!- it up goddamnit. Most of them aren't even Y1 players -_-

You can raid just do normal until closer to 310 you don't have to be that high but if you want to beat oryx an don't want it to take 3 hour on one boss its best to be highest level possible. This is what people want for oryx hard but hard up to oryx has lower level requirements do up to sister and you will be ready for oryx in no time.

2 Repliesi see these posts every day and makes me wonder why the lot of you arent raiding together instead of whining about it, should be fine until past daughters, if you're in luck you'll be 2 lvls higher than when you started. now hard oryx is something entirely different, just because you think you'll be ok as a 306 let me remind you that you are 14 lightlevels below the enemies, given that each level you're below them means 2.5% less damage done to them and 2.5% more damage done to you, thats 35% for a 306. also let me point out that that means that basically everything in that room will kill you faster than you have time to react and a single death can mean a wipe for all. do you see now why people ask for experienced players at 310 or higher? you're better off running the raid up until oryx instead, get off that char and move to the next and repeat, should give you enough gear to make it to 310 atleast, then go back to your original char and attempt oryx

I raid with 305s but you can get to 310 just by doing up to golgoroth on hm and that's easy at 305.

I just say 300+ because they will get drops along the way that will boost them to like 305 before even getting to oryx

I got 2 characters to at least 310 it's not that hard honestly

I just post, "305 hunter, lfg for a chill group for some loots, no pressure." Or whatever level and class I am. I've been through up too sisters 3 times on hard. Got really lucky and got stuff each time, so I've got a 312 warlock now. Look for chiller groups. They're way more patient and willing to retry, which can be important in hard mode. Good luck.

Just post in recruitment. Something like "300-something looking to run hm first time. I'm experienced, but will need some help" I find a ton of helpful people will reply or invite you.

The group I was with, we didn't beat it but we got the the very final part at oryx but someone lagged out and we didn't get the dps, we went in with myself being a 305 hunter, a 311 hunter, a306 hunter, a 307 Titan, a 308 warlock and another 305 hunter....... We cleared the war priest first try, golgoroth 2nd try, and daughters 3rd try do to stupid deaths, never did we who from dps til that oryx part, then after the oryx fail we said -blam!- it and went to bed, yea being a little higher light helps but it truely isn't a requirement all tho all 6 of us and not to be cocky but we are all those people who would carry a raid group single handedly, basicly we all had a lot of free time (no life's) lol but yea my point here is as long as the average light of the team is between 305-310 it's doable

Looking at lfg for every group that wants 310+ light there's a group that's not as strict. So how bout u join the group with the lower light level requirements? Instead u waste ur time posting on the forums how elitist people are, when simply they are looking for groups to do the raid with quickly

1 ReplyI agree, this is comple bs. Had a couple of lower lights today in the raid, it was fine. As we with crota hard people won't do it with you unless your if a certain light level but this 310 cr@p is completely unfair on players trying to level up. Let's face it all of these people would have been 30- something before hard mode came out. 309 was my highest character, as for the emblem wavers, they need help of a special kind....if you are patient you will find groups/people willing to help you

310+ is a reasonable request, everyone will still be 10 light below the recommended for oryx. However for fresh 300+ should be ok.
