No matter how quick you can react, even if you have blink, you cannot escape a nova bomb with Lance. You say that a spartan can run 30 mph, but do you think that they can accelerate to that in 1 second.

Lol I've seen and used hundreds of Lance Nova Bombs. They're not hard to dodge, even without Blink. Spartans have no trouble dodging. You do realize their reaction time is faster than you can blink your eyes, right?
