So how long does a boosting ban last on Destiny
Friend was boosting and a guy reported him and me for some reason. I get it but how long is it. Temporary or Permanent. It was also 18 games and some were midway through.
Thanks for the info and support guys. I would like to apologize to the community, Bungie, and Crucible player for my actions. I have learned my lesson. I am a little worried but I have not gotten any notifications on Xbox.com or this app. I also told my friend I am never boosting again and he was going to boost after

I'm one to give a person 3 chances.. How many times has this happened? Once? Ok maybe temp to teach a lesson. Hope it is first and last and it is temp. Second? Not happy and you seriously need monitoring to keep you from it again. Third time is a forever ban. I'm not sure how Xbox stuff works but you may wish to try a new account if it doesn't work after a couple months.

3 RepliesFor the people bitching about the thorn bounty: The Thorn is a guardian killer used by the infamous D. Yor. He murdered several guardians. The crucible is a place to "kill" other guardians. It's shows you're worthy enough to wield it. There has to be a PvP component to it if you consider the grimoire.

28 RepliesI honestly don't get why the Thorn bounty is that difficult. I did it with a not fully upgraded Praedyth's Revenge, 1.0 Truth and this was during an Iron Banner event. It took me maybe an hour or two to complete. I am also average at best with PvP. What happened to actually earning stuff in games? Instead people just want to cheat these days. Ugh.

We appreciate the apology, but people that boost have seriously taken the fun out of pvp. I'm a pve player mainly, and won't play pvp because of shitty rewards and cheating players. Thanks for being humble after your ban and try to play fair and enjoy the game with everyone else. Hope you get back to the grind soon.
