Did something happen to my blackhammer??
Got on today after downloading the new update and was doing nightfall with my Titan who has the blackhammer
It's got that perk where if you get 3 precision shots it refills ammo, but I shot that devil walker 3 times and it didn't replenish my ammo... Did that 3 times and no replenish ammo?
Did they patch it so that against ultras when using blackhammer you can't use the perk with this gun?

Read patch notes. You can no longer get crits with black hammer on an enemy that is immune.

2 RepliesIt's a glitch, I had the same thing. It worked one time, and not another. But I noticed that immune precision still counted so idk.

Read the patch notes, they have altered the White nail perk.

Are you telling me them trying to fix this thing that really only gave us a tiny little advantage caused them to break the perk? Good job, guys. Lol

Did my weekly after update and I had the same thing happen. I was certain I got all 3 on his leg even before it broke, but I think it happened three times where it just didn't trigger white nail. I was aware of update that it would not count when it said Immune anymore. So I was being extra careful and thought I just missed something first two times it happened. Third time I was paying attention to the damage, and they were all consistent with the leg still intact but no white nail. Gonna try and test it out again when I get back home

Happened to me as well twice first time I thought maybe I missed but second time I was sure I got the three hits

Don't shoot your 3rd shot while it's immune. It won't trigger the white nail anymore. You can still shoot the first 2 at immune but the last won't trigger it unless it takes damage. Depending on your timing, it can still work effectively.

i did it solo, no problem, then with the other guardian as a team, had the same problem, i assumed it was the lag for poor interner conections

It's hit and miss now for me too...crit 3 times on his leg while it's still intact, sometimes it gave me my ammo sometimes it didn't. Luckily I had a synth when I was running with a match made 27 and 28 (. They were all but useless)

You have to hit rapid so like every two seconds a shot has to land or else it wont work

11 RepliesIn the patch notes, it says they "fixed" the white nail perk so it does not proc when used against improper targets, spelling out the fallen walker legs as an example. Typical Bungie fix to make sure you play the game the way they want you to. They didn't bother fixing the yellow square border issue with a maxed black hammer, but made sure to improve white nail for the way they want it.

I just used it yesterday on the walker on venus Public event, Sepiks Prime, and Phogoth. All precision bonuses registered. What Irks me about my Black Hammer though is that it doesn't have the Hive perk...

1 ReplySomtimes it's bugged but I noticed that before 1.1.2 as well. Sometimes when you shoot multiple 100% precision shots they all completely miss the target. In my experience it only happened to the walker during sepiks prime strike shooting from the pipes right next to the entrance of the area. Waiting and switching weapons will solve the problem

4 RepliesThere is a timer with the proc. if you don't hit one of your 3 shots "in quick succession" you won't get them back.
