I don't know how to tell normal lag from lag switchers. I just know that it's more common than rare to see a whole list of players red barred and people jumping all over the place.

Well when your shooting at one when he is looking at you and he is able to kill you then die. Later you sneak behind him and he doesn't lag at all when you one hit kill his ass

Happens a lot. Does this automatically mean they are intentionally doing it?

Well think of it this way. You see me coming and you know your going to lose this fight, so you flick the switch and shoot me a bunch flick the switch again and we both die. Now you don't see me coming and I shoot you with a shotgun in your back before you have time to flick the switch, you will die immediately. Before a match people will test their switch and you'll see their green connection turn red and flash back to green
