Me, personally, I think Destiny is better. Even though isolated Warframe first. >>>I am very biased though as I have seen Bungie grow<<<. Reason one: Destiny is not done, they are still adding on to it and will continue to do so. Reason Two: Destiny makes the player feel accomplished when they complete something such as getting an awesome weapon. In Warframe, you can buy many things from the start keep in mind that there is a difference between this and pay to win. Reason Three: In Destiny there exists RNGesus (hope I don't offend anybody) who bestows weapons unto thee. In Warframe, it takes hours of grinding to get something good. While in Destiny, you can get something good sooner but with more work (if luck is on your side). Reason Four: Warframe easily confuses newbies to the game and puts them at a major disadvantage. Reason Five: Destiny offers more of a challenge, yes if you bring a higher level character it will be easy, but normally, Destiny missions offer challenge to some degree. Don't get me wrong though, Warframe is still in beta and is a great game. Never know it could change my mind one day.
