Lack of content, mindless patrol missions and bounty missions. Open worlds where there is nothing to do except walk and run around or ride your bike. Absolutely no story within the game whatsoever. Useless vendors that sell the same crap they have been seeling since release. Zero customization with your character. I mean besides the graphics, gun machanics, and all around fluidness of the game everything is else is sub par to the fullest.
