I find the regen for health very useful

But there's already an ability for that. If you use Inmost Light, you get 2 instead of just one. That are more useful. Or you could blind everything that's inside your bubble, which is very very useful for PvE.

Also the cosmetic part is very appealing(more of a trophy item)

That is true..it does look nice. I like how all 3 look honestly, but my favorite is Helm of Saint because I look like a futuristic spartan. lol
