Serious nerfs required
Since no one cares about these game breaking bugs lets get some serious nerfs happening.
1st off, the Suros regime, major nerf required. Every single match i do(in crucible) i see at least 3 regimes. No recoil, heals you and gets stronger with every shot. How is no one calling nerf on this gun yet everyone acknowledges its OP but called the vex and got it nerfed? Its because EVERYONE has the suros while only a fraction have the vex. If you have the OP gun no one says anything about it being OP for obvious reasons, except for a few people like me who have it but dont just use it because its OP.
Next up is the invective. Its already full auto why does it have such a long range? Cowards do nothing but camp with it watching this retarded ass radar(which also needs to be changed for pvp, promotes camping). If the vex is gonna be nerfed to near useless then you need to balance out these guns at the very least.
Next, this shoot-melee bs that everyone is doing. It should not be possible to shoot any gun(preferably shotguns) and then melee less then half a second later. Its just stupid and needs to be patched to a 1-3 second reset stance.
There's more but these are my biggest gripes, you know, outside of the constant DC errors and whatnot.

Suros? It's a good ass weapon and was always suppose to be a top tier exotic. Why nerf it again when they should've just not nerfed the Hawkmoon? Invective? Lol. For real? That gun is trash. Yeah it has long range and is full auto, but its impact is bad, it gets only 4 shots, and its reload time is horrible. Found Verdict is superior in every way. Shoot melee combo? Wow. You complain about the Invective, then complain of the only other shotgun tactic. So spraying full auto shotguns is bad, and one shot follow up with a melee is bad? I'm guessing you just hate on most shotgun users in general?

1 ReplyNot to be that guy but if you have a hard time against this gun it's a player problem not a gun problem I have the gun but don't use it because it's inferior to scout rifles and hand cannons and is no better then shadow price or the vanquisher. It is honestly just a get better problem as dickish as that sounds.

By the way the best PvP ARs are: Legendary: Shadow Price Grim Citizen Vanquisher Rare: Shingen (Have one with 100% stability) Hushwind D Only a few know this since the Suros is overhyped and overrated from and the crying threads, and paid You Tubers like lvlcrap and his butt buddy Matimio. Overused is not OP. And remember, the more you cry, the more they want it.

The one thing you got right is the shotgun melee combo. Specifically warlocks with final verdict. Don't know how you balance it though, it is only a problem with that combo.

I think the majority of people asking for nerfs are only worried about them in the crucible. I don't play crucible(besides exotic bounties). And I hate seeing all the nerf posts but I'm not even mad. Since I don't play crucible I don't know how bad it is. But I really feel like nothing should be nerfed. Everyone has the same chance of getting these guns. It's all random. But if everyone does beg for these nerfs, I have a solution... [b]Only nerf them for crucible. [/b] It's unfair for us PvErs who had a good weapon that is no longer usable. Just my .02

2 RepliesOne the invective only has slow shots and the slowest reload, go in there with a group and that person can only take out one person then they have to reload their weapon which gives everyone else time to kill him. And the shotgun melee is a kind of hard to pull off since the only class that can effectively do that is the hunter since they have the blink strike any other class just gets shot down because of the lack of a long range melee.

A lot of people don't want it nerfed because it's the only gun they have that they can actually get kills with. It's an amazingly easy gun to use. It shreds health. If you're using an AR and it's not Suros you're doing it wrong. Agreed with invective You described a 2 piece which is in most games where health on your character isn't set minuscule. Your way of nerfing would be way to heavy.

You see them because they were sold twice by Xur. Additionally there is an auto rifle bounty. Being one of the first primaries Xur sold most people have it maxed. Shoot shot gun followed by melee is kind of a reflex thing and it works.

6 RepliesMy Suros doesn't have a heal feature, did I miss something? The special weapon slot needs to be looked at. The sniper rifles are comparatively worse at their role than shotguns and FRs, but I don't know that invective needs a specific nerf. Don't have a problem with people shooting and punching, but melee strikes should be require a little aim.

You don't pvp and your whining. The people who are good at pvp aren't whining about this shit. First off if you can't adapt to pvp especially meta you are always going to get smoked. Second off LTP damn noob. Everyone else who cries nerf this or nerf that sorry you want to be gods in crucible, you all are turds all your gonna do is cry nerf nerf nerf on every weapon that seems stronger. My point is PvP is a very small part of this game and pve is a much bigger aspect. Any nerfs suggested entirely due to PvP really should kind of be on the very bottom of the list. No one use atheons epilogue in normal or hard(not my raid team anyway) anymore because due to nerfs its simply not effective. A gun meant for pve that you only get from pve is now under pare due to a small section of the game simply because people fail to adapt in a comparative atmosphere. Again, the nerfs you suggest may be justified in the proper context, however that context simply does not exist in this game at this time. IMO of course.

It heals when dealing damage, it has 2 damage increasing perks and one of if not the highest impacts of all the auto rifles, add to that max stability and high range and you have one OP weapon. If this was a hard to obtain weapon it would have been nerfed long ago
