So I beat the Raid on Hard yesterday and got Fatebringer and Mythoclast. Do I have any reason to play it on Hard anymore?
Title says it all. Just wondering if Hard Raid has become a total waste for me.

Do you play it because you think it's fun to play and you enjoy it's world? You find it exciting to go to the VoG and you like how the content is delivered to you? Keep on playing. You play Destiny only because you want to reach the highest level and you want the most powerful gear? Destiny has nothing left in store for you, I'm afraid.

The helmet. But my Hunter has it and both things you mentioned so I think it's easy mode from here on out with him; just needs chest and gauntlets. My other toons will continue to run hard until they get the helmet.

Being I beat it twice in a row with two different guardians and received shards energies and speeders BOTH TIMES... -blam!- bungie and their RNG BS...

Depends. There are other legendary raid weapons to acquire. Also I have noticed that not a lot of people know that the raids drop raid gear with different stat rolls. If you are wanting to stat max with Int, Disc, Str.. then yes. At level 30... 280 will 100% you in either stat.
