Spartans v Guardians
This is purely hypothetical and off-topic but I want to know what the community thinks. If a squad/team of 3 Spartans (Halo Franchise) went toe-to-toe with a fireteam of 3 Guardians who would rise victorious?

Can't remember if I said it earlier in this thread or another one, so here goes again: My Spartan can flip a tank. My Guardian takes three tries to flip a sparrow. Then it despawns anyways.

5 RepliesGuys, this question can't be answered correctly. Halo has had several games where Spartans had amazing feats. Destiny has one, and we barely know what OUR guardian(not the named ones in the lore) is capable of. Their story hasn't been fleshed out enough. [i]if they even get a story.[/i]

Spartans are predetermined characters that you play as. Guardians are representative of you. Saying a spartan could beat a guardian is basically saying "yeah, Master Chief would hand my ass to me."

Spartans are super soldiers.... Guardians may have a chance/edge with their Specials against a Spartan... But I know most real Spartans were beefed up to be a Super Soldier, which is why they can flip a tank like a paper air plane... It's a tough call, In a fist fight, Guardians won't stand a chance against a Spartan, gun fights, it's a tough call to say, Guardians have more weapon choices, where as Spartans don't have a huge range of weapons to choose from... Anyways as much as I love Halo and Spartans, I will have to say Guardians got a smaller edge with their unique abilities (soon to be Titan Fire Mjolnir and Warlocks Sith Lord specials) where as Spartans don't seem to do that or have a variety of weapons to choose from...

2 RepliesGuardians come back from the dead and have crazy super abilities. This is like a batman vs superman situation. Superman wins because of his insane abilities. The arguement for batman is that he's insanely intelligent and resourceful. Superman can still just laser beam his head off. Or in this case, fist of havoc his head off. Plus a spartan would be lucky to find a rocket launcher or even a shotgun. Guardians have them at all times.

They have armor lock, they can survive a nuke, and they can run at 40 mph, some can run at 70 Guardians, were raised from the dead, you all do realize that they could have been like an accountant right, realistically they would have no idea how to even work a gun

What the hell? If anyone played or knows anything about halo, you know 1 spartan can take out a fireteam of guardians.

Spartans can run up to 90km/hr. Pretty sure the Guardians would never be able to react fast enough. A arm bar across the throat at that speed would almost disintegrate their upper torso. Not to mention the ungodly strength of a Spartan. A titan would go to Fist Of Havoc and they would merely catch their fist before impact and laugh.
