Redeemed PS4 code but no download option
So I got my 3 free codes and after 1pm est, i entered mine in the redeem box on the playstation store which was when all the nonsense was going on with PSN. When I clicked download it crashed so i waited a while. Now that things are more stable, I tried redeeming the same code again, it says it has already been used. I looked in my library and the beta is listed there but when I click on it, no info comes up and there is no option to download it, and it has not been downloaded yet. My other codes have been given to others so what do I do now has anyone encountered this???

I'm not positive that'll get you going, but if you can't do it on the PS4 itself for whatever reason, my first course of action would be to go around it.

This would suck if it happened to me and i can't imagine being in your shoes right now so i want to help you out if i can.

3 RepliesYeah It happened to me And I still can't download it from the PS store i put the code in the redeem box and it just sits there loading until you get out of the store nothing happens.
