1 ReplyEU get pre load why they have maybe 40% of the ppl the USA dose. So we get to suffer huge wait times on beta day because millions of ppl are going to be there at once. Bungie fail.

3 RepliesI'm assuming if you guys make a psn U.K. account to download the beta and play on that, you won't be able to get the special item they are giving away on the last day of the beta since you'll revert back to your typical U.S. account.... unless that stuff doesn't matter to you.

5 RepliesI'm doing the same thing with downloading on the EU account I made. I'm just curious if once it's done downloading if I can cancel the preorder and still use the beta? Also does this mean we are going to be playing in the EU servers?

Just wanted to add: destiny beta was added to my downloads the day I pre-ordered, now after seeing this thread I went to check on it but it didn't want to start downloading. I had to delete it from the downloads list go to the PS store and re-initiate the download under the "view downloads" tab. It works now, before I had the error 32-something. Hope this helps anyone that might have the same problem. edit: I also delited the alpha build it seems it's an entierly new download

1 ReplyPretty bummed that US doesn't get preload, was already bummed when I had to wait for two hours after the alpha was supposed to release to the ps4 players. Even then I still had to wait close to 4 hours for just the Alpha close to 8 gb, comparing to the 14 gb that the beta will be at :/ mehhh

11 RepliesI think all this talk about being able to preload the beta is a bunch of just that talk. I say this because it seems everyone is sharing the same 10 photos. Also why would no one put a video of the actual download in progress or ps4 screen with them scrolling through? Not to mention just last week there was a statement released by Bungie that said there would be no preloading of the beta. I do not know but it seems to me its been more then 24 hours that this was stated by this thread and still it is not available in any other region except the UK... Hmmm seems fishy to me... But hey If i am wrong then so be it but I do not think that I am...

So do I delete my current download and use the code I get emailed, or do I just ignore it? Edit: Just read this on Bungie help "When the Beta draws nearer (July 17th if you didn't know), you will receive an email or direct message through the PlayStation Network with details on how the Beta will work. Keep in mind, you will NOT receive a Beta code through this pre-order method. When the time comes, your Beta access will be provided automatically as a reward from your digital pre-order" @Playstation missed something on there tweet. Crisis averted.
