5 RepliesDid u play halo 4? It is total garbage. 343i have ruined the franchise. The maps are great but the game play is pish. Weapons shoot wrong! I hold no hope for the next instalment. Destiny sounds like it could be outstanding.

20 RepliesI know this is a troll thread, but it might be nice to actually think about the dynamic between halo 5 and destiny. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect Halo to measure up to Destiny by a long shot in the way of the entertainment factor. BUT... as far as tight, cohesive storytelling goes, Halo is likely to be superior, because the previous games were always revolving around one person (with the exception of ODST of course): Master Chief. And as far as the Campaign goes, I'm sure those who play through the story will enjoy it just as much as they enjoyed the fourth. Destiny is a shot in the dark. Of course, we see the game that they want us to see. But a game like this hasn't been tried before, and it will likely be buggy. As far as the campaign goes, I don't even think there is one. At least, not in the traditional sense. I believe that the story and multiplayer feature is going to be interwoven to the point where the two are seamless. That is where I am not used to, and I'm sure many other players haven't fully experienced that either. This game, I'm excited for it because it is the start of the next generation of fantasy shooter. Halo will be Halo, and many people love Halo. I will say nothing against it. I personally can't. The storyline in Halo is fun for me. But Destiny is just going to be the game that, even years later, I'm going to pull off of my shelf to enjoy for the 4,000th time (if the disk even manages to leave my playstation 4). While I'm sure Halo will be great, Destiny is going to be, for me, that game that I can never quite stop playing. So let the troll threads troll. It's your enjoyment, your opinion, and none of you guys are obligated to defend your opinion. And good luck 343 and activision on your new games!
