This was a fun episode to watch. Been a fan of the show since the beginning, and while there is usually a know-it-all chef/owner who can see the problems he has, Ramsey usually shows the error of their ways and always at least changes the business to try to fix those problems. This is the first time that he hasn't or wasn't able to do that. At first I thought it was just for the show, but I don't believe so if they've taken on Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit.
