Lets get a B.net political census.

6 RepliesI refuse to buy into a linear system with two alleged polar extremes and the idea that all people find a particular point somewhere on that line. Social interaction, issues and politics are not that simple and neither are people.
-
1 ReplyLibertarian. Boom.
-
Independent. I will not give my allegiance to any specific group.
-
Generally conservative.
-
Liberal or SHIYWIFEW.
-
I'm probably more left than you. About as Left as Max.
-
1 ReplyFascist.
-
Center-right. I however believe in TRUE conservatism. Not this sick twisted cluster--blam!- the Neo-Cons have going on today. Although the left has some decent ideas they have no idea what to do economically. Albeit nor do the Republicans.
-
I think both parties have good ideas, both can be stupid as hell, and both are run terribly. I voted conservative, solely to attempt to balance the poll.
-
I'm a moderate. I'm very much socially liberal, but at the same time, economically conservative.
-
I am a democratic socialist, i believe in a 1 world socialist government where every man and woman has the right to vote, healthcare, a roof over their head. food on their table and money in their pocket. I believe religion has no place in politics, that science is the way forward, marriage is between 2 people who love each other, same sex or not and that women have the right to choose to get an abortion under certain circumstances. I believe business should be able to grow as long as it doesnt become an out of control greedy corporation. And finally i believe that the punishment should match the crime, however the death penalty is also wrong and we should try to prevent crime as much as we punish it.

7 RepliesLabour!
-
Socially I lean towards the liberal side, fiscally I'm quite conservative.
-
1 ReplySomewhere in the middle. Socially, I find myself more liberal, economically, I find myself more conservative.
-
I tend to fall more to the conservative side of things.
-
I don't know what I would be considered. I'm against legalizing marijuana and other drugs, but at the same time completely for gay marriage. I guess I'm a mix between the two, but then again those are only two issues.
-
3 RepliesLiberal, I guess! The two main parties here in New Zealand are pretty close to the centre on the Political scale thingy!
-
I more conservative.
-
1 ReplyWait, polls are back? Gosh, I've been away for too long.
-
2 RepliesEdited by Aryan Barbarian : 3/24/2013 1:34:16 AMI am Conservative, but not a republican. Republicans are Conservatives for big government, and more Liberal than Conservative (Many of their arguments and policys). Don't judge me
-
Neither, because both are labels for what basically amounts to the same political party.
-
Where's the "They are both horrible" option?
-
Edited by M37h3w3: 3/24/2013 1:33:51 AMNeither. Socially I identify myself with Liberals. Immigration and gun control isn't so cut and dry, I fall more neutral on that regard. Economically? I'm again neutral, leaning towards Conservative tendencies though.

3 RepliesIts stupid to label your self strictly one or the other, every issue should be treated individually.
-
5 RepliesMost of my views are to the left, but some are more to the right. In my experience those who are far to the left just come across as complete hypocrites. They say they are for equal rights, yet they think minorities should be treated superior. That's basically making a statement that they are more worthwhile human beings.
-
3 RepliesSo what if I lean towards libertarianism...
