I have the same issue, it shows arms week to still be playable and I am still getting combat telemetry dropping as post game reward from fireteam strike missions. It shows an open quest to visit ada-1 in the shooting range in the tower (initiate calibration) however she is not there. For clarity I have fully completed the arms week event track and I had unlocked all bow mods for the week and guided the title.
