My god Bungie, what have you done to inverted spire?
I think over the top would be a massive understatement.
I get that the gm wasn't particularly hard before but man, why did you have to cram it full of that much nonsense?

1 ReplyThe adds are fine, it's the stupid modifier I don't like. If it wasn't for that it'd be a decent strike, but in typical Bungo fashion they've gone WAY over the top and made it complete azz.

When I saw the rework and that dude, Chablo 91, praising it on YouTube I knew it would be trash. Freaking long stages and for what? It is another slogfest to give us many opportunities to randomly die to bugs, mistakes, overkill mobs that never need to reload, and all the usual BS BUNGO use as a "challenge".

2 RepliesS15 was the last time GMs were enjoyable enough to do more than once and farm. Now days they are all a one and done for me.

I jus hopped in to the regular non playlist Spire to see what the changes were.. Seems par for the course & totally inline with previous updates. They took a quick, tight, well paced strike & drenched it with tedious mechanics. I used to live in the strike playlist. Now I only run them at weekends for Xur. And some weekends, I don't even bother. The Omnigul strike in the Cosmo is the only time they've updated something & improved it. I would honestly rather grind D1 strikes with the 30fps & no mantle.

They did this with the other strikes too, saw players "going through TOO FAST" and having FUN "NOT ON MY WATCH" -Pete Bungo screams so they turn them all into slogs and wonder why players skip them or go to orbit SMH, Bungie never learns, 1 step forward and 3 steps back
