Bleak Watcher Not Working on Prismatic
I moved from xbox to Steam and brought my main character over. For some reason my character won't consume my grenade to proc bleak watcher on prismatic. I bought all of the aspects from the vendor on Europa. I've completed about half Beyond light quest line. I've completed all but the last boss fight on Lightfall. Is there something I'm missing?
