Vendors being marked but have nothing to give
Ada-1 has glimmer as a quest reward that I am not able to claim even when I have space. The drifter is marked, and so is Ikora, but they have nothing to give. How would I fix this?

For Ada I'm fairly certain you need to be BELOW the old glimmer cap of 25,000.
