1 ReplyIt gives you the other glide instead. Try using Strafe Glide. You'll be able to Bunnyhop burst glide while Heat Rises is active.

When they made heat rises, they had it use the same mechanics as the super, meaning they gave burst glide the neutered jump and the other two still feel good. It’s a byproduct of them porting over janky super mechanics onto heat rises when they made it. I personally use strafe glide in Sunbracers builds where I’ll have heat rises 90% of the time, and I honestly hate it.

2 RepliesNo, leave this as is. If you aren’t using strafe by default, you are warlocking wrong.

I can't exactly remember why but I think it's because heat rises is inherently strafe glide, if you have strafe glide equipped with heat rises active you'll get propelled forward faster than burst.

5 RepliesEdited by sonjalovestyson: 11/21/2023 10:41:28 AMBecause your burst glide is just way too attractive. Heat rises just can't help itself when burst glide gets the heat rising. Edit: as long as it's consensual I don't think its an issue.
