Destiny 2 won't run on my new Nividia RTX 4060 Ti

I replaced my GTX 1080 Ti with this ASUS RTX 4060 Ti, at 3.0 PCIe speed on my old motherboard ASUS ROG. All other games work on Steam. I tried everything, except you know reformatting the computer, which is not an option. Anyway, does anyone know why this is happening? I googled all the stuff, clear your steam cache, check the verify option. Reinstall the game, reboot. It is hard to downgrade the driver, seems Nividia is set on the current driver and can't be changed. I don't really play Destiny 2 anymore, but I wanted to check out the graphics on my new card. As it is a Triple AAA game and has amazing graphics, best in the world IMO. I am just baffled why the game won't run, I know it has something to do with this graphics card and software related. It would be cool to have the game work, but what I am really interested in as to why, or what is actually happening here. Why does a game like this not run on a new RTX card. Granted my MOBO is old. Not sure if that makes a difference, it should not as I am PCI 3.0. But maybe Destiny does not like that. I dunno. Like I said I have googled for hours doing everything you can do. Like uninstalling C++ redistributables. Anyway it should not come down to that. Someone has to know why this does not work. I am on a Intel i7 CPU skylake I think, 32GB ram G-Skill, 850 Watt PS. 1TB SSD. Standard gaming rig stuff. D2 works fine on my gaming laptop, so I know it has something to with this card. I normally don't play D2 anymore, but with new card I wanted to check it out, plus not having games not working in my Steam library, is making me uncomfortable, whether I play them or not. Well if anyone has any brilliant ideas please let me know. Thx.
