Fishing RNG
Bungie, the RNG for fishing is truly atrocious. Some of the worst I’ve seen in gaming. I’m swimming “At Least it’s a Carp”

Fished about an hour today. Exotic and about a dozen legendary fish. Another player got three exotics. Lucky guy lol

3 RepliesAlmost 180+ cast last night, 5 legendaries, 100+ greens, 70+ before I was finally able to get the Mothcarp - and that's only after the Blueberries I was fishing with FINALLY decided to pick up all of their legendaries to boost the Focus. Note: Please pick up your fish, especially legendary since it helps you and the rest of us.

Seems unnecessary and the activity would feel better with it removed but rates slightly increased. Then we also wouldn’t have to worry about public events interrupting

I'd rather stick my meat and two veg in a vice grip then engage with virtual fishing. On one hand i hope your luck improves on the other you get what you get for doing that worthless activity.

What point in the season is it? Stuff like that almost always increases as the season goes on. From what I understand over fishing can be bad for the ecosystem.

They seem to of buffed it today compared to yesterday or rng was on my side today. Yesterday I only got 1 legendary fish and no exotics from 68 fish but did 80 today and got the new exotic along with 12 legends

Try it now, pretty sure they buffed the drop rate, I got three legendaries and the new exotic fish in about ten min.
