Baboon error cost me dungeon flawless, rest of my fireteam got the triumph.
Title. Didn't leave activity or die and the rest of my fireteam got the triumph. Kind of want the triumph and feel a bit cheated :(

Specifically it was the new dungeon, Ghosts of the Deep.
