Since the update they've been working fine from what I can tell.[/quote] Yeah the problem is that its so buggy that either it doesnt work at times or other abilities interrupt the stun like strand or stasis. It you stun then freeze it cancels outnthe stun proc and if you use strand it also cancels out the stun and they regenerate while frozen or suspended.
