Dear Bungie team,
please add suspentions for leaving to vanguard activities, dungeons, raids and open world.
This way even more peole will have the desire to stop playing your game.

3 RepliesThere should be a thirty minute suspension when you start the game. The only thing you can do is look at the Eververse store but you can skip it if you buy something.
-
Suspensions no, penalties yes. Every time you leave a core playlist you receiver a temporary -1 artifact level. Pvp penalty includes that and the next pinnacle reward is dropped to a powerful 2.(increases penalty because your actions affect your teammates.

3 RepliesEdited by Cerillion: 10/26/2022 5:04:24 PMWhat we need is people with IQs like this to shut up. Poorly thought out opinion is poor.
since some people seem to be having trouble understanding me, OP is being sarcastic. I’m onsulting the people who aren’t
Clearly , some Guardians don’t see a joke post when it stares them straight in the visor

30 Minutes Suspension when you buy something with Bright Dust. Lifted when buying something for at least 1000 Silver.

12 RepliesDear scrub lords, Stop crying because you cant abandone a match anymore because you got shot once. Either learn to stay and play or find another game and be quiet because nobody important cares. Seriously, siege has quiter penalties in every game mode, many games do. Stop making weak excuses and just stay and play out the match. If you cant do that dont join in the first place, go play a single player game.

*Suspensions

4 RepliesWell I can’t speak for PvP because I don’t play but regarding strikes…..I have no problem at all with them quitting. I don’t leave myself because it’s a d($k move, especially if they’re new lights obviously having difficulty. But….I would much rather be in a fireteam where people left after completing their bounties opposed to being teamed with a sweaty speed runner.
-
Suspend people for pressing the forward input.
-
No….. damage is done on PvP modes…. Don’t make it worst, so no.

This way the bottom half of each PvP 6v6 team can leave every game and make the sweat lords see what competition is supposed to be like.

15 RepliesEdited by Scratch: 10/23/2022 9:58:04 PMI see what you're trying to do, but c'mon dude, really, it's not working. If I get a time out for quitting PvP then everyone should get penalized for quitting anything! It's not a good look, and here's why. Leaving a PvP game type, like crucible or gambit, dooms the players who were unfortunate enough to get matched up on same team as a quitter to failure, or at least puts them at huge disadvantage. I'm not against penalties for leaving strikes. ...but... When a quitter leaves your strike, you may struggle a bit being one man down until you get a replacement, but you're not going to 'lose' the strike. In PvP, being a man down until you get a replacement allows the other team to gain a lead that you cannot recover from. As more quitters get thrown on your team, they see the score and quit. Etc. Etc. Leaving a non-match made game type like dungeons and raids doesn't have the same negative effect either. Either the guys you invited will be understanding if you need to leave and will stop playing, effectively pausing the game, and check their friends list for a replacement to resume, or it will self-regulate. If you're always bailing on your friends every single time, eventually your friends will stop inviting you to raid/ do dungeons. A 'quitter penalty' in its own right. But you already know this, right? I mean, deep down inside you know this but are just pissed off you can't bail with impunity if you don't like the map or something, right? Right? You don't reaaaally want/see a need for quit penalties in game types other than gambit/crucible, do ya? You just don't want them in crucible and are trying to make an absurd comparison to make it seem like quit penalties in crucible are absurd. But... it's apples to oranges "If I have to peel my orange in order to eat it, you should have to peel your apple to eat it!" Sounds absurd! Because the nature of an apple is different than the nature of an orange. That's why it's absurd. Just as the repercussions for your fireteam when bailing on a crucible/gambit match are different than the repercussions for your fireteam when bailing in the other activities you mentioned. That's why the idea of penalties in crucible/gambit are warranted while the idea of penalties in the modes you mentioned to add penalties to is absurd. Am I right or am I right?

Suspensions*

You tried. 1/10
-
Lmao. You had me in the first half, not gonna lie.
-
You should also be suspended for staying in orbit for too long. You already get punished for inactivity in other parts of the game, so why shouldn’t the same apply to orbit?🤷♂️
-
Definitely, I hate it when people leave the tower before the match ends.
-
1 ReplyI just got suspended for buying the least amount of silver…

2 RepliesYou spell like Darrell Brooks talks
This way even more peole will have the desire to stop playing your game.
i have a serious question. instead of idiotic posts with suggestions like this, why don't you simply stop playing yourself and avoid all the frustration to begin with???
