I just did a run of the Lightblade strike through the Vanguard Ops playlist and on killing the final boss the activity does not complete i.e. the reward chest (That gives glimmer, mats and sometimes armour or weapons) at the end does not appear. The boss' Ghost appears and transmats away. The boss' body disappears but the activity never completes. The two random players I was playing with had left as I stayed to see if anything would happen. It didn't so I eventually left, but the game was about to load in two more players. A similar thing happened to me when Lightblade was the weekly NF, where I loaded in at the end, the boss was dead and the chest had not appeared, I left that activity after seeing nothing was happening. I couldn't see this problem in known issues, so I just thought I would mention it.
