Hey, Did you receive the drop in your Twitch inbox? If so, check here to see if the emblem appears: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners If the emblem shows up there, then Bungie hasn't gotten around to applying it to your account, give it a couple more days. If the emblem is not there, then your Bungie profile may not have full access to your Twitch account. From a browser, click on your avatar and select settings. In the Account Linking tab, make sure your Twitch account is properly linked, then try claiming the emblem from Twitch again. If you did not get the drop in your Twitch inbox, there is nothing that can be done at this point, unfortunately.
