There needs to be optional matchmaking similar to what Guardian Games had at least up to Master leveling. Nobody wants to deal with an external LFG system weekly in an attempt to run content with randoms when a system should be in the game naturally to do so. The Guardian Games was perfect for matchmaking when it came to Destiny due to allowing players to entertain the game by their own means. You could have went into the Nightfall solo or matchmake with a team which is what is happening currently in game with the exception of LFG access. I am not saying remove the external LFG system because it works for some but not all in terms of how each player entertains the game. What is the point in having an Adept and Normal system in the Nightfall playlist when the rewards are on par with a Heroic strike??? Players currently are able to access all the strikes at a much weaker state for teaching and knowledge via the planets so why keep them End game content should have up to four levels: Normal(Weakest version accessible via the planets) Legend Master Grandmaster Optional matchmaking should be granted up to Master while Grandmaster should be only OPTIONAL when players have completed several Master without dying or in an allotted time frame. Bungie, you need to entertain a “gradually grind” system where if players complete content in a more flawless manner, it opens up accessibility for further and future content. Imagine a trial and training system where you have to prove you are worthy in entertaining end game level content. Last issue, remove the power leveling. It is weakening, repetitive concept that forces a gatekeeping mentality for our character and players who want to play the game as a “video game” versus a hobby. If there is any number you should use to show our prowess then use the Artifact Battle Pass value. The more players grind the game, the more rewards that are unique to their perseverance and efforts.
