What reason or benefit is there for an extra mod slot if we’re not given extra energy to make it beneficial ?
Give artifice armor extra 2 to 3 energy when it is master worked .
The as it stands is like giving me package with only one in it sock to use as a perk when I have to feet.

useful for flexing

It is there to give you the illusion that they matter, so you'd grind them like a good old hamster

1 ReplyIt’s just another trophy. Like adept weapons. Or enhanced perks. Their actual benefit is negligible, but they feel cool and you can make others who don’t have any of it feel bad 🤣

2 RepliesThe value of Artifice Armor changes from season to season depending on the seasonal mods they give us.

I mean… I’m not against that but I understand why that’s not the case.

Chest piece and class item are what I run em on, so you can run double artifact resist mods and then an additional resist mod of the other type like this season for instance would be 2 solar/void resist mods and 1 arc resist mod.

For champion and 1 energy scavenger mods. Not everyone uses 10/10 energy in their builds.

2 RepliesI actually use artifice armour to my benefit Let me give u a List of why it’s useful and logical to get! • for the arms: you can have an extra mod such as glaive of dreams (example) for extra dps in the dungeon on the first encounter ! • for the chest piece: you can use the solar and void resistance in the extra slot and another one in the normal slot and then use arc resistance so u have that too. • class item: most important. I sometimes have classy restoration in the extra slot and a few mods in the normal ones • legs: probablt the most useless one • helmet! For targeting mods and more for pvp

Also it totally has logical uses right now, you can fit 2 of the seasonal resist mods, a reserve mod, a minor stat mod, and any 2 cost combat mod on one chest piece. If stats are an issue I’d recommend checking out D2ArmorPicker, it’ll help tighten up your stats so you can have more room for other mods.

5 RepliesNah, its fine as is. If you added extra energy you'd make the armour straight up broken.
-
I think it makes sense. I also think they need to add that extra mod slot to all exotics.
-
Only artiface class armor makes no sense because arifact class mods are expensive unlike all the rest.

3 RepliesIts not really meant to add on another mod for every piece of armor. Its so that you can slot cheap things like anti-champ, resist, and seasonal discounted mods without having 5+ leftover energy.
