No content received after purchase

Hi, I just bought the witch queen deluxe + 30th anniversary bundle. Yet went back on the game, i did not have access to the content and the season pass content is still locked. What am i to do now? because i just spent my money ,real money!, on the game. I did close the application and restart the game completely fresh from the start. There's no access to the content. Ty.
